Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post and Sendle.

How shipping is calculated

Soil and tools are charged by actual weight. Pots are charged by volumetric weight, because they are light but bulky — the rate reflects the space the parcel takes up rather than its weight on the scale.

Final shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart and delivery address.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. All other orders are dispatched the following business day.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photograph within seven days of delivery. We will replace the affected items or issue a full refund.
